Refund policy
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence it might have slight irregularities because of the handmade process involved which only adds to its beauty & finished charm and ensures that you have a one of a kind piece. All the products go through quality control before shipping to maintain proper standards.
Hence we do not accept RETURNS/REFUNDS on orders once placed, Returns and Exchanges are only applicable under below mentioned circumstances:
- Item is defective and damaged
- Item was tampered with or damaged in transit
- No return or replacement if tag is broken or damaged.
- Wrong item sent to you
- Package got lost in transit
- Make sure to record Unboxing Video from showing initial Courier Package to End of Product showing. Without this video, No COMPLAIN WILL BE ENTERTAINED. No matter what.
CONDITIONS:
- Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the orders.
- ·The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Any signs of usage will result in the rejection for returns
- Shipping charges for Returned and exchanged items will be borne by you.
- ·You can either exchange your product or get a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue and shop later.
- Can be exchanged with a product of same or higher value
No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:
- Preorders and customized orders require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
- No return/exchange/replacement for pre orders or customized orders.
- No refund/exchange for used products
- No exchanges/return for minor colour and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
- No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
- No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
- In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Process to initiate return and exchange:
You may contact us via email at contact@selinta.in for all return and exchange requests.
Kindly inform us within 7 days of delivery in case of return and exchange, by emailing us at contact@selinta.in with the order number and product picture. Return/Exchange requests email should have order reference no. and image of the damaged / tampered / incorrect product.
Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 10 AM 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as they are back at their desk.
Our QC team will assess the request and if the request is authorized, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange.
Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 7-10 working days.
- The Quality Check team will inspect and will confirm the defect/ quality.
- The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange. In case a used product is sent for exchange, the product will be returned to the customer and the exchange shall not be processed.
- The exchanged piece will be reshipped only after the original product is It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged
- In case you want a credit note, as soon as our QC team asses and approves the request we will send your credit note on your email which you can use later on any purchase within 6 months.
Post 7 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.
Please note:
- Items sent back without intimation will not be accepted
- Items sent back without a item tag will not be accepted
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to Exchange orders / Credit Notes
- In case a credit note is issued, it cannot be redeemed on items on sale
- No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third party websites or physical stores.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
In cases where order is already shipped, orders placed cannot be cancelled.
